Autism Exploration

Think you may be Autistic? In our supported Autism explorations, one of our skilled clinicians will collaborate with you on an Autism self-identification journey. Over three hour-long sessions, using Rare Bird Wellness’ own Neurodivergent Affirming Autism Exploration Tool, we will help you determine whether your experiences and traits align with an Autistic identity. Our tool was created through research into trait presentation in Autistic individuals, with an emphasis on traits that are often seen in late-diagnosed Autistic adults. 

This screening does not provide a formal, clinical diagnosis, but can be a first step to pursuing a full diagnostic assessment.

This service includes:

• Three hour-long sessions with a neurodivergent clinician, trained in non-stereotypical presentations of Autism
• Neurodivergent affirming Autism screening, with an emphasis on non-stereotypical traits:

• Next steps and resources tailored to your specific Autism presentation
